The Makana Municipality hereby informs all Service Providers who responded to the
following tenders, that the following erratum will be affective

Tender 30/2013 – Transformer
A compulsory site meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday 20 August 2013 at 10h00 at
the Electricity Department. Service providers with a CIDB grading of 4EP or 4EB or
higher may submit tender offers.

Tender 36/2013 – Refurbishment of Transformer
A compulsory site meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday 20 August 2013 at 10h00 at
the Electricity Department. Service providers with a CIDB grading of 3EP or higher
may submit tender offers.

Tender 45/2013 – Palisade fencing
A compulsory site meeting will be re-scheduled for Tuesday 20 August 2013 at 12hoo
at the Electricity Department.
The CIBD grading was changed from 1CE/DB to SQ.

Tender 46/2013 – Slurry seal of Roads
A compulsory site meeting will be re-scheduled for Tuesday 20 August 2013 at the
Electricity Department.
The CIBD grading was changed from 2CE/DE to 2 CE/PE.

The closing date for the above tenders will be 30 August 2013 at 12h00.

The Makana Municipality wishes to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this
erratum.
