RE: POSTPONEMENT OF PORTFOLIO COMMITTEE MEETINGS

Please take note of the new dates for the following Portfolio Committee meetings:

• The Social Development Portfolio Committee meeting will sit on Monday, 02 September 2013 at 09:00
• The Finance, Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation Portfolio Committee (Finance and Corporate Services) meeting will sit on Tuesday, 03 September 2013 at 09:00 and 14:00 respectively.
• The Local Economic Development Portfolio Committee meeting is unchanged on Wednesday, 04 September 2013 at 09:00.
• The Tourism and Cultural Industries Portfolio Committee meeting will sit on Thursday, 05 September 2013 at 09:00
• The Infrastructural Development Portfolio Committee meeting will sit on Tuesday, 10 September 2013 at 09:00

Any inconvenience caused by the postponement of the meetings is regretted.
