POSITION: Community Works Programme Site Administrator for CWP sites at a Local Municipality Level in the Eastern Cape Province (CWP Sites under Joe Gqabi, Chris Hani, Sarah Baartman, Alfred Nzo, OR Tambo, Amathole Districts, Nelson Mandela Bay and Buffalo City Metros)
GROSS REMUNERATION: R54, 000.00 to R72, 000 per annum as a cost to company
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Local Site Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that participants’ monthly wages are processed on time, and that all submission deadlines are met. The Local Site Administrator will also ensure that all tasks allocated to him/her by the Provincial Administrator and Data Manager are executed accordingly. The Site Administrator will also be responsible for the entire Site Office administration. Ensure that all forms and contracts are properly filled, completed and filed. Receive Attendance Registers from Supervisors, Verify, and Capture on MIS and make all the relevant submissions to the Provincial Administrator. Help Site Manager to prepare weekly meeting agenda, attend all project meetings and record minutes, and ensure that all records are safely kept and filed. Be readily available to attend Local Reference Committee (LRC) Meetings for reporting and recording of minutes. This includes all other SAYM projects within the Local Municipality.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position (in line with CWP Implementation Policy v2021)
 Minimum qualification: Grade 12 certificate (Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage)
 Minimum working experience: None (relevant working experience and computer literacy will be an added advantage)
 A Person who resides in the same community where the project will be implemented.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the program around the Municipality. Management of participants and site office staff, Community liaison and engagement, Project planning, implementation and management, Asset and Wage management, reporting, preparing presentations and presenting during Local Reference Committees. Prepare for audit visits, hold meetings with supervisors, storekeepers and site admins. Conduct site visits to the sub-sites. Monthly report writing. This includes all other SAYM projects within the Local Municipality.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position (in line with CWP Implementation Policy v2021)
Minimum requirements: Grade 12 (tertiary qualification will be an added advantage)
Minimum working experience: 2 years (relevant experience in Project management, project Coordination, Administration, Stakeholder and Staff management. Computer literacy – MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook will be an added advantage)
Minimum of Code 8 Drivers license and a vehicle will be an added advantage
A Person who resides in the same community where the project will be implemented. Sound experience in working with community-based projects and dealing with community dynamics including but not limited to political issues. Knowledge of community development practices and methodologies. A person who has a passion for development and development of youth in particular. A person who has access to or knows community stakeholders well and can bridge the gap between the CWP, the Municipality and the community.
